Royal Australian Navy warship HMAS Success and US Navy warship USS Dewey are operating in support of CTF-150, conducting counter-terrorism and maritime security patrols in the Middle East.

Boarding operations such as this are supporting CTF-150 mission to counter terrorism and ensure Maritime Security in the region. This in turn deters and denies criminals from using the seas to smuggle weapons, illicit cargo and narcotics while helping to ensure safe passage for merchant vessels in some of the busiest shipping lanes in the world.
